Treatment only takes place after the client has given consent (informed consent).

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or postpone a treatment if medical contraindications exist, if the client's expectations are unrealistic, or if the treatment is not considered responsible in professional judgement.

Cosmetic treatments produce individual and variable results. Factors such as skin condition, age, lifestyle and adherence to aftercare instructions influence the final result.

The practitioner cannot guarantee the exact result, duration of effect or complete symmetry.

The client is obliged to carefully follow the aftercare instructions provided. Not following these instructions may negatively affect the result and recovery.

Any complications or unexpected reactions should be reported to the practitioner as soon as possible.

Side effects or complications may occur with any cosmetic treatment. The client has been informed about this in advance during the intake consultation.

Cosmetic physician Ayleen The is not liable for complications arising from incorrect information from the client, not following advice, or factors beyond the practitioner's control.

The liability of Cosmetic physician Ayleen The is limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by the professional liability insurance.

Liability for indirect damage, consequential damage or immaterial damage is excluded, to the extent legally permitted.

Payment for treatments is due according to the applicable rates. Payment takes place immediately after treatment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cosmetic treatments are not covered by health insurers, unless there is a medical indication and prior approval from the insurer.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the treatment.
